### To solve this issue, please follow these steps:

1. **You entered the wrong username/email or password** 
  * Double check your login information and if it still not working, you can request a new password by clicking **Forgot Password?**. A link will be sent on your email to reset your password

2. **You do not have an account with us**
  * You can register first by clicking **New Here? Register**

3. **You are logging in on wrong website.**
  * Skynode has two different websites in regards to server management
  * [https://panel.skynode.pro/](https://panel.skynode.pro/) for FREE & PAID USER
  *  [https://billing.skynode.pro/](https://billing.skynode.pro/). for PAID USERS
