# Minecraft | How to Use Latest Snapshot Version on a Server

||| The Latest Snapshot server version are prone to bugs ang glitches. We only recommend to use this if you want to experiment on the upcoming features.

1. Open your Official Minecraft Launcher

2. Select Latest Snapshot

3. Click on **Installations**

4. Find the **Latest Snapshot**

5. Click **Edit**

6.  Click **Server** and it will auto-download a server.jar

7.  Drag and Upload the file inside **File Manager** on your panel.
  * If you have existing server.jar, you have to delete it.
  * Make sure to backup your previous world before proceeding to avoid data loss.

8. Wait until the loading is done and it should be like this

9. Go to your **Console** and **Start** your server
