# Palworld | Resolving Endless Crash Loop

Encountering an endless crash loop on your Palworld server can be frustrating. Follow these steps to resolve the issue:

### Steps to resolve it

1. **Locate the Saved Folder**: Navigate to the `Pal` folder in your file manager and find the `Saved` folder.

2. **Archive the Saved Folder**: Right-click on the `Saved` folder and select `Archive`. This action will create an archive file of the folder.

3. **Download the Archive**: Right-click on the newly created archive file and select `Download` to save it locally.

4. **Reset the Server**: 

    - Go to the server's overview page.

    - Click on the `Reset Server` button and wait for the process to complete.

5. **Restore the Saved Folder**:

    - Return to the `Pal` folder in the file manager.

    - Drag and drop the downloaded archive file into the file manager window.
    - Right-click on the archive file and select `Unarchive` to extract the `Saved` folder back into its original location.

After completing these steps, your server should be ready to start without issues.

**Tip**: The downloaded archive also serves as a backup of your `Saved` folder, which can be useful for future troubleshooting.
