# Panel | Error: Authentication failed with FileZilla

### If you are experiencing this issue, you are more likely entering wrong credentials on your FileZIlla and the solutions for this are listen below

1. **Copy and Paste your Credentials**
   * Make sure you copy and paste your SFTP Credentials directly from Skynode to the FileZilla to avoid any misspelled characters.

2. **You are entering the wrong password**
   * The password you need for this is your password from your **panel** not billing.

3. **Check if your Caps Lock is On**
   * Leaving the Caps Lock on while logging in is one of the most inevitable mistake that a human being can make.
