# How To Backup Your Server Files To Your Computer.

**Step 1:** Connect to your server files using a sftp client

**Step 2:** Downloading

**1.** Make a random folder in your desktop, make sure that it is easy to locate

**2.** Go to your sftp client and select all your server files `ctrl+a`

**3.** Drag all the files from the sftp client to the folder you just created.

**4.** Wait for it to finish downloading. 

Should say this when done,

**You have successfully downloaded all your server files to your computer.**
