# Project Zomboid | How to Configure Playstyle of your Server

#### Project Zomboid has multiple default playstyles available, each playstyle affecting the amount of loot found in houses, the strength and amount of zombies spawned, and much more. You can change your preset playstyle or create your own by following the steps below.

1. You have to use an admin account to do the step. Here's how [How to be an Admin](https://help.skynode.pro/en/article/project-zomboid-how-to-be-an-admin-on-your-server-ji9hvj/)

2. Once you're in-game. Open the admin panel at the left side (color red)

3. Click **Sandbox Options**

4. It will open a tab and on the **presets** tab. You can choose the playstyle

**Here are difference between playstyles**

| Preset | Initial Infection | One Week Later | Survival | Six Months Later |
| --- | --- | --- |
| Resources | Abundant | Common | Rare | Rare |
| Zombie Speed | Shamblers | Fast Shamblers | Fast Shamblers | Fast Shamblers |
| Zombie Senses | Poor | Poor | Normal | Normal |
| Horde Size | Small | Moderate | Huge | Large |
| Utility Shut-off | 6-12 Months | 2 - 6 Months | 0-30 Days | Instant |

5. You can also make your own Preset as the ones above are pre-defined preset on the same tab at Sandbox Options
