# Terraria | How to Change your TShock Version

|  You need to start your server first so that files can be generated, once it's done. STOP your server

1. Download the TShock Version that you want [TShock Terraria Version Download](https://github.com/Pryaxis/TShock/releases)
  * It should be a  ZIP File

2. Open SFTP and login

3. On the left side, find the file you downloaded and extract it
  * Example: ** TShock4.4.0_Pre11_Terraria1.4.0.5**

4. Upload all of the contents of the TShock Folder to your Server Files (Right Side)
  * You need to upload the files inside the folder, not the folder itself
  * You need to overwrite the data

5. Go to **File Manager** and delete your World File
  * World files ends with **.wld**

6. Start your server
