# Panel | Error:Authentication failed with FileZilla

### Kung ikaw ay nakakaranas nang ganitong problema, ikaw ay gumagamit ng maling impormasyon sa iyong pag login at ang solusyon dito ay nasa ibaba:

1. Gamitin ang **Copy at Paste** sa iyong Credentials
   * Siguraduhing gumamit ng Copy at Paste sa iyong SFTP Credentials na makukuha mula sa Skynode mismo papuntang FileZilla para hindi ka magkamali ng lagay.

2. **Ang ginagamit mong password ay Mali**
   * Ang password na kailangan mong gamitin dito ay ang password mo sa **Panel** at hindi sa **Billing**

   * **Panel Website** - [https://panel.skynode.pro/](https://panel.skynode.pro/)

3. **Tingnan ang iyong Keyboard kung naka-on ang Caps lock**
   * Ang aksidenteng pag-on ng Caps Lock habang nag-lologin ay isang hindi matatawarang pagkakamali ang pwedeng magawa ng isang tao.
