Head to your Panel

Go to Dropbox and upload your map there.

Once you're done uploading, click on copy link

The thing at the right

Go to your Startup Tab

Find Additional Arguments

Enter +levelurl [your download link]
If your link has dl=0 at the end, replace it with dl=1

Restart your server

All done! You just upload a custom map on your Rust Server
