Go to SteamID Lookup

Once there, enter any (1) of the following player information:
Steam username
Steam profile URL
SteamID
SteamID3

Click on the result

Copy the steamID64 numbers.

All done! You can now use this SteamID to ban or add an admin role on your Rust Server!
