Go to your server https://panel.skynode.pro/

Go to File Manager Tab

Open the following folder /.config/unity3d/IronGate/Valheim and open permittedlist.txt

Enter their Steam ID one per line and click Save Content

Restart your server.

All done! You just whitelisted players on your server!
