How to Install a Skynode Pre-install Server

Preinstall Servers are ONLY available to paid clients.

STEP 1: Go to your servers page on the game panel and choose the Change Version tab, after which choose the Pre-install button.



STEP 2: Choose a Pre-install category on the left.

STEP 3: Check the "Wipe Files (Reset server completely)" box if you are NOT updating a previous installation.
Make sure to ALWAYS check this box when installing a new or different preinstall.

STEP 4: Click the "INSTALL" button and then click the red confirmation button
DO NOT reload your server page during the installation process.
Skynode highly recommends the use of Aikar flags. If you wish to enable them, please refer to this article for instructions. Panel | Aikar's flags



STEP 5: Go to the "Console" tab of your server and click the "START" button. Wait for your server to change states to "RUNNING"



STEP 6: To OP yourself, you need to run the following command from console /lp user USERNAME parent add admin. Make sure you replace USERNAME with your MC Java Username.
This command replaces the /op command. Repeat Step 6 for any other players you wish to OP.
If successful, you should see a message that looks like this.


STEP 7: Join your server and have fun!
