Minecraft | How to Install and Use Optifine
OptiFine is a Minecraft optimization mod that allows Minecraft to run faster and look better with full support for HD textures and many configuration options. The official OptiFine description is on the Minecraft Forums
Go to https://optifine.net/downloads and download the version you want to use.
Open the file and click Install and wait until it says successfully installed.
Open the Official Minecraft Launcher. You can now select the optifine version that you downloaded and just click PLAY
