How to upload a custom world

STEP 1: Download the world you want and save it somewhere accessible.
STEP 2: Make sure the world is in a ZIP archive. This can be done by using a program such as WinRar or 7zip. You will need to compress the folder or it will not work. If you do not want to compress the world folder you can upload it to your server using SFTP.

If you do not know how to use SFTP please read this guide Panel | How to manage files using SFTP
If you have uploaded the world already you can skip Uploading the world

Uploading the world

STEP 3: In the panel, press upload. From there select the ZIP file of the world.
STEP 4: Once you have seen the bar has turned from blue to green to show it has been uploaded, refresh the page. From there, press unarchive and the file will be placed in your server directory.

Now that your world has been uploaded, there are 2 ways in which you can physically see the world. If you're using plugins you can install a plugin called Multiverse which will allow you to have more than one world.

Importing the world using Multiverse

STEP 1: Type the command /mv import {file_name} {world_type} replacing {file_name} with the name of the file and {world_type} with NORMAL for overworld, NETHER for a nether dimension, and END for an end world.
STEP 2: Type the command /mv tp {file_name} and this will teleport you to that world.

Importing the world without Multiverse

STEP 1: If you want to keep your old world, rename it to something that isn't the name of the world you uploaded or "world".
STEP 2: Rename the file you uploaded to "world".
STEP 3: Restart the server.

All done! Enjoy your fresh new world.
