Go to your https://panel.skynode.pro/

Click View and go to your Files

Choose the world folder you want to make a backup with.
Terraria world usually ends with .wld

Right click and press Download

It will download a file on your PC/Laptop

It will be like this on your PC/Laptop

If you want to use your backup world, you can simply upload by dragging the world.wld file to your Files at Panel
You will have to rename or delete your current world.wld file if you want to use your backup or else, it will still read your old world.

Blue is Uploading, Green is Uploaded

This will only make a backup of your world and not the whole server itself. If you want to learn how to make a backup of your whole server files. You can go here Backing up Server Files

All done! You now have a backup of your world folder!
