How to Submit a Cancellation Request

Cancelling your Skynode Server:
Go to your Client Area page: https://billing.skynode.pro/clientarea.php

Under your Dashboard click on the Services box.

You will then see a list of all of your servers, click on the server that you want to cancel.

On the left hand side you will see actions, click on the one that says Request Cancellation.

Once you click on the cancellation button, please briefly describe your reason for cancellation.

You can then select your Cancellation Type to have your server terminated immediately, or at the end of the billing period.

Note: Please make sure to Cancel your PayPal Subscription along with cancelling your server
