2-Factor Authentication


Introduction: What is 2-Factor Authentication?


Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) works by adding an additional layer of security to your online accounts. It requires an additional login credential – beyond just the username and password – to gain account access, and getting that second credential requires access to something that belongs to you. Requirements:


  1. Android/iOS device.
  2. QR Code scanner application (Google Authenticator, Authy, etc.)


Enabling 2-Factor Authentication


  1. Go to panel > Account > Security


  1. Click on Enable 2-Factor Authentication


  1. Scan the QR code using your QR Code scanner application.


  1. Enter the code and you're done.


Note: make sure that you already copy the backup key incase of emergency like loosing your phone.


Additional Information: Everytime you log in to your account it will require you to enter a code that can be found on the QR Code application you have.
