Unable to create a support ticket



If you are unable to create a support ticket in the Skynode Hosting Discord server, these are some of the most common reasons.

Default profile picture



If you are using the default Discord profile picture, the ticket bot will not create your support ticket, as of right now, we do not currently know what is causing this to happen but here are the steps you can take to fix it.

Step 1: Click User settings > Edit profile

Step 2: Click Change Avatar and select the image you would like to use for your profile picture

Step 3: Click Save Changes

Once you have done all these steps you will be able to create a support ticket.

Open ticket cap has been reached



This happens when the max amount of open tickets has been reached, this is usually when there are updates/upgrades, major outages, minor outages or other things where users need to open a support ticket.

The only thing that you can do for this is wait, eventually tickets will be closed which frees up space for more tickets to be created.

Do:
Try opening a ticket every hour / half hour

Don't:
Spam messages - Doing so will end in you being blacklisted

Unexpected downtime



In the event that there is unexpected downtime with the ticket system, we will work as quickly as possible to bring it online. In the meantime, you can contact support via a billing ticket or via livechat on our main site.



Please do not ping / harass any staff members if you are unable to open a support ticket, there is only a limited number of us and it may take a couple of hours for us to free up space for more tickets to be opened
