Before we begin, what are Aikar's flags?

Aikar's flags are a set of Java Flags that enhance its native "Garbage Collector" functions. This clears out ram and allows for unused things to be rewritten to disk, or eliminated.
Aikar's Flags may increase CPU Consumption

How do I enable Aikar's Flags?

Go to your server in the server list
Your screen should resemble this

Click Startup
Click the circled place

Scroll down to the "Variables" Section and Change the Tab Aikar from False to True.
This is what it should look like afterwards

If it changes, but new things do not appear in your startup command (at the top of that page), please make a support ticket and we can fix this for you. :)
